The Mindfulness app includes a deep breathing experience as well as a new feature called Reflect, which is intended for you to take moments throughout your day to stop and have a mindful moment. 

Features:

Reflect:
• Written prompts guide you toward a kind and thoughtful frame of mind.  
• Soothing, energetic animation guides you to be more present and mindful. 
• Choose to receive a reminder to start a session at the beginning or end of your day or at scheduled times.  
• Customize the duration of the Reflect session from one minute up to five minutes.  
• Track mindful minutes in the Health and the Fitness apps on iPhone. 

Breathe:
• Follow the animation as it expands with the inhale and contracts with each exhale.  
• Feel haptics guide you breathe at the chosen rate. 
• Choose to receive a reminder to start a session at the beginning or end of your day, or at scheduled times.  
• Customize the duration of the Breathe session from one minute up to five minutes.  
• Set a breath rate ranging from 4 breaths per minute to 10 breaths per minute.
• Track mindful minutes in the Health & Fitness apps on iPhone.
