Fabo Services
To avail the service from FABO, user or customer should provide genuine information related to name, contact number, email id and address at the time of booking the service. 
FABO store in-charge or delivery person has right to examine or enquire about garment(s) or item(s) about existing stain(s), damage(s) and defect(s) before collecting the garment(s) or Item(s). Customer to cooperate with the same. 
"FABO" will not take any responsibility or liability, if order or services are directly taken from unauthorized means without placing an order with Us. 
User can book an order or service or schedule a pickup on platform or by calling us on FABO customer care number. 
"FABO" is not responsible for fastness of color or shrinkage of garments or damage & does not guarantee 100% removal of stains. 

"FABO" cannot be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to any arising from unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond control. 

Any exchange of clothes should be reported to FABO customer care within 24 hours of delivery of order or service.

Express and Next day delivery service will be charged at extra cost, these services are not applicable before weekly-off’s & public holidays.

Customer shall take delivery of processed or ready garment(s) or item(s) within 30 days of Invoice date, failing which FABO is not liable for any loss or damage or quality defects of garment(s) or Item(s). Such garment(s) or Item(s) shall be re-processed at additional cost. Customer(s) shall provide related order invoice before collecting such garment(s) or item(s) from FABO. 

Customers are requested to count the clothes at the time of delivery, any shortage should be reported to "FABO" customer care or FABO authorized delivery person at the time of delivery. 

Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery and FABO is not responsible for any damage reported after delivery.

In case of any unsatisfied service with said garment(s) or item(s), customer may book for re-process upto two (2) times within twenty four (24) hours from the time of delivery of garment(s) or Item(s). No garment(s) or Item(s) shall be accepted for re-process without original FABO barcode process tag on the garment(s) or Item(s). failing which FABO is not liable for any loss or damage or quality defects of garment(s) or Item(s).



In the event of damage to the garment(s)/item(s), the Customer is eligible for refund of the particular invoice amount subject to satisfaction of FABO after scrutinising the photographs, supporting documents and details provided by the Customer. However, compensate, upto maximum, ten (10) times of the garment or item invoice value or Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only), whichever is lesser shall be given to the Customer at sole discretion of FABO, regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times.


In case of loss to the garment(s) or item(s) by FABO or FABO authorized delivery person, compensation upto maximum, ten (10) times of garment or item Invoice value or Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only), whichever is lesser shall be given to the Customer by FABO, regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times.

All communication will happen via SMS, Whatsapp or platform, So request you to check all the notifications

GST/Taxes is additional as per prevailing government rates

The price of garment(s) or Item(s) will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garments

FABO may use the images of your clothes for promotional purpose

Weekly off is on Sunday

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Hyderabad only.

By availing service(s), the customer agrees that he/she has thoroughly read, understood, agreed to these terms and conditions.
